The personal trainers at Columbus Sports Connection believe that you can accomplish whatever you set out to attain, provided you have the proper motivation, discipline and structure. All of our professional trainers are nationally certified and through years of experience are able to design an individualized workout best suited to you.

MEET THE TRAINERS OF CSC:

Stephanie McConnell is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Instructor. She trains both groups and individuals and her clients have ranged in age from 12 to 93. She specializes in individualizing programs to meet the needs of her varied clientele and enjoys pushing her clients to help them achieve their maximum potential.
Courtney Ruppert is certified as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant through the American Council of Exercise. She believes that nutrition and exercise are both equally important in obtaining your maximum fitness level. She likes to vary her client's workouts by incorporating components of strength, cardio, flexibility and balance.
Kim Obringer is certified through the American Council of Exercise as a Personal Trainer. Kim is also a Certified Spinning® Instructor, Certified Yoga Instructor, and CSC's Group Fitness Director. She likes to design a workout that is both varied and fun and believes that finding enjoyment in your fitness routine is the key to a healthy lifestyle.
Arnold Coleman has a vast array of personal training experience including training of professional athletes, professional body builders, figure and fitness competitors, as well as college and high school athletes. He is also a decorated power-lifting champion. Arnold believes that hard work and diligence with your routine are the keys to success.
Kevin McConnell obtained his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kevin is also a Certified Yoga Instructor. He enjoys combining strength and cardiovascular training with his clients, as well as incorporating yoga into their routine.
Lisa Paquette is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Spinning® Instructor, and Certified Yoga Instructor. Lisa believes that "Physical fitness is a combination of strength, endurance, balance and flexibility" and she works to find the best combination of these traits for her clients in a program that compliments their daily lifestyle.
Megan Bruzzese is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. Her areas of interest include: those new to fitness, post-partum women, building muscle, and overall health and fitness. Megan believes that consistency and variety are the keys to a successful program.
David Stevens obtained his Personal Trainer certification through the International Sport Sciences Association. He is also a black belt in karate and self-defense instructor. David likes incorporating his martial arts experience into his training, as well as non-traditional exercises. He describes his workouts as “consistently varied, high-intensity, with functional movements”.
Sissy Donnelly is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She enjoys training a variety of clients and it is her goal to help her clients break through their personal barriers and achieve their best.
